There are 15 players on one team.

•There should be 15 players on one team. This will include 8 forwards and 7 backs.

•The forwards should consist of:

•2 props (1 and 3)

•1 hooker (2)

•2 locks (4 & 5)

•2 flankers (6 & 7)

•1 number 8

•The backs should consist of:

•1 scrum half (9)

•1 fly half (10)

•1 inside centre and 1 outside centre (12 & 13)

•2 wings (11 & 14)

•1 full back (15)

They are aloud a total of 7 or 8 substitutes in one game.
